How to Request Data Deletion
If you want to delete all your account data and workout history from the myFitX system, please send a request to:
In your email, please provide:
- •The email address used to sign in to myFitX
- •The phrase "Data Deletion Request" in the email subject
Or if you have the "Delete Account" feature in the app:
You can also access the myFitX app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete all your data.
Types of Data to be Deleted
Personal Data
Name, email, user profile
Health Information
Weight, workout history, fitness goals
Subscription Data
Premium plan information (if any)
Firestore Progress
All data stored in cloud database
Processing Time
Main Data Deletion
After receiving your request, we will delete your data within 7 business days.
System Log Data
Some system log data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and legal compliance purposes, after which it will be automatically deleted.

XHealthTech is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with personal data protection regulations. The data deletion process is conducted securely and cannot be recovered.
